Unwind patterns that are no longer serving you. Reestablish your relationship to gravity. Experience your body in new ways.
The work I do considers the person as a whole. Where other modalities may look at only the area that you feel pain, I look at the entire structure. What happened in your past, what you do in your day-to-day life, how you interact with the world all play into your individual shape and function. This is the foundation of my work, whether it’s one-on-one bodywork sessions in my office, comprehensive online movement classes, or continuing education for manual and movement professionals. Let’s work together to help you human better.
